About the role
Data center developers rely on us to source and deliver the mission-critical equipment that keeps their facilities running. As Project Manager, you will coordinate UPS, generator, switchgear, and cooling suppliers to meet aggressive build programmes without compromising on uptime requirements.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of a fast-moving sector, working closely with clients’ construction and MEP teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage supply of critical power and cooling packages across multiple concurrent data center projects
- Align manufacturing slots and delivery sequences with client construction programmes
- Track long-lead items and proactively resolve supply-chain risks
- Coordinate technical submittals, witness testing, and documentation
- Report progress, cost, and risk to clients and internal leadership
- Drive lessons learned into repeatable delivery processes
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ project management experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities
- Working knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and CRAH/CRAC systems
- Experience managing equipment suppliers and procurement schedules
- Comfortable working to fixed milestones in a fast-paced environment
- Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience
- Uptime Institute or similar accreditation desirable
- Based in Texas, or willing to relocate to Texas (this role is not open to remote work from other states)
